About Clinical Supervision and data protection requirements

All  Counsellors and Psychotherapists are required to be registered with an appropriate body and as such, I am a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) whose appropriate and ethical code of conduct I am strictly bound by (www.bacp.co.uk).

In conjunction with ethics, Heart 2 Hart Solutions is registered with the ICO (Information Comissioner's Office; www.ico.org.uk) and compliant with GDPR.

It is also a professional requirement to undertake regular and ongoing formal consultative support which is referred to as supervision and ensures the highest professional and ethical standards are maintained within the client/counsellor relationship. My Clinical supervisor is Professor Michelle Flaum Hall, a USA based medical trauma expert, lecturer and advocate for creating a better collaborative relationship between health care professionals and patients.
